How purchases work
- One-time payments. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically — every purchase is a single payment.
- Digital delivery. Guardian cards and chat credits are digital items, delivered instantly to your Shanhai Myth account. Nothing ships.
- Secure checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payments partner (a Merchant of Record). Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Refunds. Digital items can’t be returned once delivered or used — see our Terms of Service and Shipping & Returns.
